Carly + Glenn’s Secret Shore Engagement Shoot

We cannot tell you how excited we are to photograph Carly + Glenn’s wedding this spring! These two first saw us in action at a friend's wedding. After watching us work through heat, hustle, and still crush the cocktail hour snacks like pros, they knew we were the right fit. Multi-tasking might be our superpower — well, that and engagement photography.

Before their shoot, Glenn reached out and mentioned he had a secret spot on the Jersey Shore he wanted to try for their engagement photos. YES PLEASE. When couples scout their own special locations, it always makes the photos more meaningful. You can see it in their reactions — that emotional tie to the setting. To top it off, they also added our cinematography package. Colin grabbed his gear and created one of the most beautiful save-the-date films we’ve ever seen.

We’ve photographed plenty of beach sessions, but this little hidden nook? Magic. As soon as we walked onto the boardwalk, my smile stretched ear to ear. The rolling dunes looked like we had wandered into an exotic desert instead of the Jersey Shore. And then there were Carly + Glenn — ridiculously photogenic, radiating love, and laughing through every shot. (Seriously, you two, stop being so good-looking.)

Their pup even made a cameo, bouncing like a jumping bean while gnats tried to photobomb the session. Thankfully, as dog parents ourselves, we’ve got a few tricks up our sleeve to get the perfect shot. The result? A gallery filled with golden-hour romance, playful candids, and the kind of images that make you feel like you’re right there in the sand.
